WHO WE ARE

V I T T L E S was born from owners Farah and Sean Corley who met over a decade ago in the industry in DC – Farah as a hostess and Sean as a line cook. They fell in love when they met,  got married, and moved to the valley to raise their two boys. Sean would always ask Farah if she wanted to get some “vittles” – and that’s where the name comes from. 

V I T T L E S started as a food truck, grew in to catering, and continues the journey as a brick-and-mortar restaurant – a dream come true.  The Corleys have a passion for good food, genuine connection, and the belief that some of life’s best moments happen around the table.
